A Little Bit About Me
Salaam!

My name is Nazmin, and I am excited to share a bit about myself. I am a 47 old woman born and bred in London, of Indian-African background. (My late father was born in Uganda). Having been surrounded by a lot of family, I spend a lot of time in their presence, and I am grateful for the memories I have been able to make. I have no children of my own, but have 2 beautiful nieces, who I love, adore and treat as my own.

In terms of my personality, I would describe myself as outgoing, friendly and confident. I enjoy meeting new people from different backgrounds, allowing me to appreciate others experiences and find beauty in what makes us unique.

One trait I really value is helping others. As embodied by my late father, I find happiness in helping both loved ones and strangers to overcome adversities and make a difference in their lives, be it big or small. This is also reflected in my career, having worked with children and young people for the better part of 20 years.

Qualities I appreciate are reliability and independence. Being an individual who lives independently, but gives attention to both my career and family, I am a firm believer in the importance of balancing one’s own needs with the needs of others. I believe this allows an individual to retain their independence which strengthens one’s character whilst simultaneously ensuring one can be relied upon as and when their loved ones need them. These values carry great importance in my eyes, as I believe they form a key balance between carrying out one’s duty to themselves as well as that to others.

To sum it up, I am a family-oriented individual who lives a life surrounded by love and generosity. I consider myself hard working, helpful and reliable, and value those who possess similar qualities. I am always open to new experiences, meeting new people and improving my lifestyle.
